We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days* to return your item.
Please note: All custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email us at support@atticusgoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If you're requesting a replacement due to damage or a warranty issue, please include a photo.
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA#). Once we receive the item(s) in sellable condition and with all original packaging, we’ll issue a refund for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of the returned item's delivery.
Exchanges
To exchange your purchase, initiate a return for your original order following the instructions above. Then, start a new order and purchase the item you want instead. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages or Defects
If your item is defective out of the box (scratched, dented, or other defects), please send an email to support@atticusgoods.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item as soon as possible.
Any product sent back that is not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted as a return.
