The connector is rated for 4 amps and 60 volts DC, making it suitable for a wide range of power and signal requirements. The male contact is crafted from brass with a gold-plated finish for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the female contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold coating, ensuring reliable performance over time. The housing features PA66 (30% glass-filled) material in black, providing robustness and resistance to harsh conditions. The M12-male thread and standard M12-A polarization ensure proper mating and secure connections, complemented by a brass, nickel-plated screw cap and a black rubber O-ring seal for IP67 protection when mated. The entire assembly weighs approximately 1.05 ounces and is rated for operation across temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, with storage capabilities from -40°C to +85°C.
