The AddOn E10GSFPER-DW40.56-AO is an Intel® E10GSFPER-DW40.56 compatible SFP+ transceiver designed for dependable 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over single-mode fiber. Using 10GBase-DWDM technology and a 1540.56 nm wavelength, it supports data transmission distances up to 40 kilometers over an LC fiber connection. This optical transceiver is well suited for data center, enterprise, telecommunications, and service provider networks requiring high-speed, long-distance connectivity.
The hot-swappable SFP+ form factor simplifies installation, replacement, and network maintenance without requiring extended downtime. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support provides access to real-time operating parameters, helping network administrators monitor transceiver performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. The module supports a temperature range of 32°F to 158°F and complies with Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) standards for broad network integration and interoperability.
