The AddOn JNP-SFP-10G-BX80D-AO is a Juniper Networks JNP-SFP-10G-BX80D compatible SFP+ transceiver designed for dependable 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. It supports 10GBase-BX data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) for distances up to 49.7 miles, using 1550nm transmit and 1490nm receive wavelengths through an LC connector. Because this is a bidirectional transceiver, it must be paired with a compatible module or network device using complementary wavelengths.
Built for network environments that require efficient, high-speed optical connectivity, this hot-swappable AddOn module supports data rates up to 10 Gbps and complies with Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) standards for seamless integration. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) provides access to real-time operating parameters, helping network administrators monitor transceiver performance and operating conditions. The module is designed for operation in temperatures from 32°F to 158°F.
