It supports 1000Base-BX technology, enabling data transfer rates of up to 1000 Mbps over single-mode fiber (SMF) for distances exceeding 24 miles (40 km). This bidirectional transceiver utilizes wavelengths of 1490nmTx and 1310nmRx through an LC connector, requiring a matching transceiver or network device with complementary wavelengths for proper operation. Built to meet or surpass OEM specifications, the module is programmed, serialized, and tested for optimal data-traffic performance, ensuring consistent, dependable operation in demanding environments.
