The AddOn SFP-GIG-BB-LX/LC-EEC-AO is a Hirschmann SFP-GIG-BB-LX+/LC-EEC compatible transceiver designed for dependable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over single-mode fiber. Supporting 1000Base-BX data transmission at speeds up to 1 Gbps, this bidirectional SFP reaches distances up to 24.9 miles through an LC connector using 1550nm transmit and 1310nm receive wavelengths. It must be paired with a compatible transceiver or network device using complementary wavelengths for proper operation.
This AddOn SFP transceiver is MSA compliant and engineered for seamless integration with compatible network equipment. Each unit is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to help ensure reliable initialization and operation comparable to the original equipment manufacturer specification.
