Ancor 100310 18 AWG Green Tinned Copper Marine Wire, 100 Feet

Ancor Part Number 100310 is a 100-foot spool of 18 AWG green marine-grade wire with a tinned copper conductor and Type 3 ultra-flexible stranding. The 16-strand construction is designed to resist fatigue caused by vibration and repeated flexing while helping protect against corrosion and electrolysis.

The premium vinyl insulation is rated for 600 volts, 221°F (105°C) dry and 167°F (75°C) wet. It remains flexible to -40°F (-40°C) and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, heat, abrasion and ultraviolet radiation.

This wire has a 1,600 circular mil area, 0.82 mm² cross-sectional area and resistance of 6.48 ohms per 1,000 feet. The green insulation provides color identification for wiring installations, while the tinned copper construction supports long-lasting performance in marine environments.

Ancor states that this product exceeds UL 1426, ABYC and U.S. Coast Guard Charter boat standards under CFR Title 46.
