Ancor 119005 4/0 AWG Tinned Copper Battery Cable, Black, 50 ft

Ancor 119005 battery cable features 4/0 AWG tinned copper construction with Type 3 ultra-flexible stranding for demanding marine electrical applications. The black cable is supplied in a 50-foot length and uses 2,109 strands of 30 AWG wire to resist fatigue caused by vibration and repeated flexing.

Premium vinyl insulation is rated for 600 volts, 221°F (105°C) dry and 167°F (75°C) wet. The insulation remains flexible to -40°F (-40°C) and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, heat, abrasion and ultraviolet radiation.

The tinned copper conductor helps protect against corrosion and electrolysis. Ancor states that this marine-grade cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC and U.S. Coast Guard Charter boat requirements under CFR Title 46. The cable has a resistance of 0.05 ohms per 1,000 feet and a minimum bend radius of 5-7/8 inches.
