The Axiom 1000BASE-EX SFP Transceiver for Ciena, part number XCVR-A40Y31-AX, provides reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for compatible network switches and routers. This SFP, also known as a mini-GBIC, is pre-configured with application-specific coding to support the requirements of OEM networking equipment.
