The Axiom JD100A-AX 100BASE-BX-U SFP Transceiver provides a dependable Fast Ethernet connectivity solution for compatible HP networking equipment and other MSA-compliant platforms. This Axiom SFP module is pre-configured with application-specific coding to support reliable integration with OEM network hardware while delivering equivalent fit, function, and performance to the original transceiver. It is designed for use in optical network applications where consistent data transmission and straightforward installation are essential.
Using 100BASE-BX-U technology, the JD100A-AX supports data transfer rates of up to 100 Mbps over single-mode optical fiber. Its bidirectional design helps extend network connectivity across longer distances while reducing signal loss compared with copper-based connections. This makes the transceiver well suited for linking conference rooms, laboratories, lobbies, department workgroups, and other locations that require stable Fast Ethernet communication.
