The Axiom QSFP40GLRL4-AX 40GBASE-LRL4 QSFP+ Transceiver is designed for Arista networking applications and provides dependable 40 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over optical fiber. This Axiom transceiver is pre-configured with application-specific coding to support compatibility with OEM router and switch requirements while delivering the performance, fit, and function expected from an original transceiver.
Built to meet the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), the QSFP40GLRL4-AX works with MSA-compliant platforms and can operate alongside compatible transceivers from other manufacturers on the same network. Its QSFP+ form factor supports efficient, high-bandwidth network deployments, while single-mode fiber capability enables reliable data, audio, and video transmission across extended distances. The module supports data transfer rates up to 40Gbps using 40GBASE-LRL4 technology.
Each Axiom transceiver includes a distinct part number and product serialization to simplify identification and help prevent network communication conflicts.
