AXIS T8508 PoE+ Managed Gigabit Network Switch, 8-Port, Part Number 01191-004

Efficient 8-port network management for surveillance systems
AXIS T8508 PoE+ Network Switch, part number 01191-004, is an 8-port managed Gigabit Ethernet switch designed to simplify the installation and administration of Axis surveillance systems. Its compact, fanless metal design is well suited for desktop deployment, edge-switch applications, and noise-sensitive environments. The switch provides reliable connectivity while supporting Power over Ethernet for compatible cameras and network devices.
The intuitive administrator interface includes a graphic topology view that provides a clear overview of connected devices, system status, and network relationships. This makes it easier to identify equipment, monitor connections, and manage surveillance infrastructure from a centralized interface. Two SFP/RJ45 combination ports provide flexible uplink options for either fiber or copper connections, helping the switch adapt to different network layouts.
With up to 30 watts of PoE power available per port and a total PoE budget of 130 watts, the AXIS T8508 can connect and power as many as eight compatible PoE cameras, depending on device requirements. The switch is TAA compliant and includes an installation guide, drill template, power cord, and four rubber feet for convenient setup. Backed by a limited 5-year warranty, the AXIS T8508 is a practical choice for professional video surveillance networks requiring managed Gigabit performance and streamlined installation.
