Continuous Line Furler

Designed for optimum performance in the most demanding of conditions, the HBT1 hybrid-bearing technology combines high specification, solid-state, and Torlon ball bearings, which ensures the furling wheel remains balanced and spins freely, even under the highest loads.

With a safe working load of 600kg at a featherweight 175g, the HBT1 offers both high strength and performance for the discerning sailor.

Suitable for a 4mm - 6mm (3/16 - 1/4) Furling line, the innovative 3D printed tri-rotor wheel and integrated fairlead offer superior rope grip and toolless rope insertion to ensure no lost parts on the deck.

As with all Barton Marine products, only the best materials and finishes are used. The central shaft is constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel and the main chassis and fork from anodized 6061 aluminum.
