The Blue Sea Systems 7059-BSS is a high-performance 30 Amp push button resettable circuit breaker designed for marine and automotive applications. Featuring a compact and integrated design, this thermal trip circuit breaker provides reliable overcurrent protection for branch circuits and 24-hour circuit protection needs. Its quick connect terminal style allows for fast and secure installation within weatherproof panels, including Blue Sea WeatherDeck Waterproof Circuit Breaker Panels, Dual Battery Bank Main Distribution Panels, and 360 Distribution Panels, making it ideal for tight spaces where high-density circuit protection is required. The push-to-reset operation simplifies resetting after a trip, while the "Trip Free" feature prevents the breaker from being held "ON" during a fault condition, ensuring safety and system integrity. The breaker is ignition protected, making it safe for installation aboard gasoline-powered boats, and it includes an optional waterproof boot for added protection in wet environments, replacing traditional dress nut mounting and resisting cracking and discoloration.
With a maximum voltage of 32V DC, the breaker supports high-current applications with an interrupt capacity of up to 3000A at 14.7V and 2500A at 28V. Its panel mount design utilizes a 3/8-27 UNS thread, and it features a 1/4 male quick connect terminal for secure wiring.
