Featuring a four-stage charging process with three outputs, it ensures efficient and safe charging for multiple battery banks simultaneously. Its dry mount, finned aluminum case provides excellent heat dissipation and durability, making it suitable for harsh conditions. The charger incorporates a pre-float stage to prevent overcharging and offers advanced features such as battery temperature compensation, which adjusts the charge voltage based on ambient temperature to optimize battery health and lifespan. The P12 charger is compatible with various battery chemistries, including AGM, flooded lead acid, gel, and TPPL batteries, supporting a range of capacities from 60Ah to 330Ah. It provides a maximum output of 16V DC at 25A, with precise voltage regulation accuracy of 0.05V. The design includes multiple safety protections, such as over and under voltage shutdown, reverse polarity, surge, and short circuit protection, ensuring safe operation in all conditions. Its user-friendly large, bright display supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, facilitating easy setup and monitoring.
Power factor correction enhances energy efficiency when connected to AC power sources. The charger also features intelligent integration with Blue Sea Systems Automatic Charging Relays (ACR), coordinating charging states to maintain optimal float levels across battery banks.
