14 Setback Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate - Gloss Black
The hydraulic jack plate line, Action Series Jack Plate, offers new technology in the Jack Plate market. The first Jack plate to offer a pump inside the jack plate structure, saving boaters room inside the boat, and eliminating the need to mount a pump inside the boat. This is a great OEM feature to help save time in rigging.
The internal pump has a motor stronger than any other internal jack plate on the market currently, which will offer greater lifting speed, and strength with heavy outboards. All of the Bobs patented features from our standard series, automotive style grease nipples in the side rails, tension rods, and the famous Bobs Machine Shop Design, are all incorporated into the Action Series Jack Plate.
Offered in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 setbacks, Bobs Jack plates offer 1 piece design, unlike competitors that require setback spacers to achieve the proper setback.
Action series support motors up to a 14.5 mounting width. If wider we recommend our Extreme Gen 3 series jack plates.

The Bob's Machine Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate delivers convenient, powerful outboard adjustment with a hydraulic pump built directly into the jack plate structure. This integrated design saves valuable space inside the boat, eliminates the need to install a separate in-boat pump, and can help reduce rigging time for OEM and replacement installations. The gloss black finish provides a clean, professional appearance for a wide range of marine applications.
Its high-output internal motor is designed to provide strong lifting performance and improved adjustment speed, even with heavy outboards. The one-piece 14-inch setback construction eliminates the need for additional setback spacers, while the built-in 1.5 inches of lift and 6 inches of adjustable travel provide up to 7.5 inches of total lift. The Action Series also incorporates Bob's Machine patented design features, including automotive-style grease fittings in the side rails and tension rods for dependable serviceability and structural support.
This jack plate is rated for outboards up to 300 horsepower and 625 pounds, with heavier applications recommended for Bob's Machine Extreme Series. It supports motors with mounting widths up to 14.5 inches and is pre-drilled for dual side-mount Power-Pole brackets. Part 100-114001P-PCGBLK-NOSPN-NG includes the jack plate, wiring harness, relays, and rocker-style switch. The structure is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while the Action pump includes a 3-year warranty.
