14 Setback Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate - Silver
The hydraulic jack plate line, Action Series Jack Plate, offers new technology in the Jack Plate market. The first Jack plate to offer a pump inside the jack plate structure, saving boaters room inside the boat, and eliminating the need to mount a pump inside the boat. This is a great OEM feature to help save time in rigging.
The internal pump has a motor stronger than any other internal jack plate on the market currently, which will offer greater lifting speed, and strength with heavy outboards. All of the Bobs patented features from our standard series, automotive style grease nipples in the side rails, tension rods, and the famous Bobs Machine Shop Design, are all incorporated into the Action Series Jack Plate.
Offered in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 setbacks, Bobs Jack plates offer 1 piece design, unlike competitors that require setback spacers to achieve the proper setback.
Action series support motors up to a 14.5 mounting width. If wider we recommend our Extreme Gen 3 series jack plates.

The Bob's Machine Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate delivers powerful, space-saving performance for boats equipped with heavy outboard motors. Its integrated hydraulic pump is built directly into the jack plate structure, eliminating the need to install a separate pump inside the boat. This design helps simplify rigging, preserve interior storage space, and provide a clean installation for both OEM and repower applications. The 14-inch setback configuration provides the mounting position needed for compatible marine setups.
A high-output motor delivers fast, strong lifting performance under full power, supporting outboards rated up to 300 horsepower and weighing up to 625 pounds. The Action Series features 1.5 inches of built-in lift plus 6 inches of adjustable travel for 7.5 inches of total lift. Its one-piece construction avoids the need for setback spacers, while integrated tension rods and Bob's Machine's proven structural design provide reliable support on the water. The plate supports motors with mounting widths up to 14.5 inches; wider applications should use the Extreme Gen 3 series.
Additional service-friendly features include automotive-style grease nipples positioned in the side rails for convenient lubrication and compatibility with dual side-mount Power-Pole brackets. The assembly includes the jack plate, wiring harness, relays, and rocker-style switch. The integrated pump can also be converted for installation inside the boat if the owner later prefers a different configuration. Bob's Machine backs the structure with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and includes a three-year warranty on the Action pump.
