16 Setback Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate - Gloss Black
The hydraulic jack plate line, Action Series Jack Plate, offers new technology in the Jack Plate market. The first Jack plate to offer a pump inside the jack plate structure, saving boaters room inside the boat, and eliminating the need to mount a pump inside the boat. This is a great OEM feature to help save time in rigging.
The internal pump has a motor stronger than any other internal jack plate on the market currently, which will offer greater lifting speed, and strength with heavy outboards. All of the Bobs patented features from our standard series, automotive style grease nipples in the side rails, tension rods, and the famous Bobs Machine Shop Design, are all incorporated into the Action Series Jack Plate.
Offered in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 setbacks, Bobs Jack plates offer 1 piece design, unlike competitors that require setback spacers to achieve the proper setback.
Action series support motors up to a 14.5 mounting width. If wider we recommend our Extreme Gen 3 series jack plates.

The Bob's Machine Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate brings integrated hydraulic performance to boat rigging with its pump built directly into the jack plate structure. This space-saving design eliminates the need to mount a separate pump inside the boat, helping simplify installation and preserve valuable interior storage. Designed for demanding outboard applications, the Action Series features a powerful motor that delivers fast, reliable lifting performance under heavy loads. Its one-piece construction provides a full 16-inch setback without requiring additional spacers. The plate includes 1.5 inches of built-in lift and 6 inches of adjustable travel, offering 7.5 inches of total lift. Bob's patented design features automotive-style grease fittings in the side rails, integrated tension rods, and pre-drilled mounting points for dual side-mount Power-Pole brackets. The internal pump can also be converted for installation inside the boat if your rigging preferences change.
Part number 100-116101P-PCGBLK-NOSPN-NG is rated for outboard motors up to 300 horsepower and 625 pounds. It supports mounting widths up to 14.5 inches; wider applications should use the Bob's Machine Extreme Gen 3 series. The complete package includes the hydraulic jack plate, wiring harness, relays, and rocker-style switch. A limited lifetime structural warranty protects against manufacturing defects, while the Action pump is covered by a 3-year warranty.
