8 Setback Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate - Gloss Black
The hydraulic jack plate line, Action Series Jack Plate, offers new technology in the Jack Plate market. The first Jack plate to offer a pump inside the jack plate structure, saving boaters room inside the boat, and eliminating the need to mount a pump inside the boat. This is a great OEM feature to help save time in rigging.
The internal pump has a motor stronger than any other internal jack plate on the market currently, which will offer greater lifting speed, and strength with heavy outboards. All of the Bobs patented features from our standard series, automotive style grease nipples in the side rails, tension rods, and the famous Bobs Machine Shop Design, are all incorporated into the Action Series Jack Plate.
Offered in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 setbacks, Bobs Jack plates offer 1 piece design, unlike competitors that require setback spacers to achieve the proper setback.
Action series support motors up to a 14.5 mounting width. If wider we recommend our Extreme Gen 3 series jack plates.

The Bob's Machine Action Series Hydraulic Jack Plate brings integrated hydraulic technology to outboard boat rigging. Its hydraulic pump is built inside the jack plate structure, helping conserve valuable space inside the boat while eliminating the need to install a separate in-boat pump. This design can also help streamline OEM installations and reduce rigging time.
A powerful internal motor delivers strong lifting performance for heavy outboards, while the one-piece construction provides an 8-inch setback without the need for additional spacers. The Action Series incorporates Bob's Machine design features, including automotive-style grease fittings in the side rails for convenient lubrication and tension rods for added structural support. The jack plate includes 1.5 inches of built-in lift and 6 inches of adjustable travel for a total of 7.5 inches of lift. It supports outboards rated up to 300 horsepower and weighing up to 625 pounds; heavier applications should use the Bob's Machine Extreme Series. The Action Series supports mounting widths up to 14.5 inches.
Part number 100-108001P-PCGBLK-NOSPN-NG includes the jack plate, wiring harness, relays, and rocker-style switch. It is pre-drilled for dual side-mount Power-Pole brackets and can be converted to use an in-boat pump if desired. The structure is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while the Action pump carries a 3-year warranty. The gloss black finish provides a clean, durable appearance for a wide range of performance boat applications.
