BPS Marine BPS 8/12V Ultrasonic Antifouling System provides comprehensive ultrasonic protection for boat hulls, drives, rudders, stabilizers, and other underwater components. Designed with eight submersible transducers, the BPS 8/12V system can support vessels up to 80 feet in length, while additional systems can be combined for larger vessels. It is also well suited for vessels under 52 feet with inboard engines or sail drives when a single system is needed to cover the entire boat.
The control module uses a multi-frequency ultrasonic sweep algorithm ranging from 20 kHz to 42 kHz to help inhibit marine growth on protected surfaces. Operating on 12V DC power, the system delivers up to 60 watts of transducer output with an average power draw of 2 amps. Each transducer includes a 15-foot cable, and the included extension cables provide added flexibility for installation and transducer placement throughout the vessel.
