BPS Marine BPS-PRO 8/24V Ultrasonic Antifouling System
The BPS Marine BPS-PRO 8/24V is an eight-transducer ultrasonic antifouling system designed to help protect boat hulls, drives, rudders, stabilizers, and other underwater surfaces from marine growth. The system can provide coverage for vessels up to 80 feet in length and may be combined with additional systems for larger boats. It is also well suited for vessels under 52 feet with inboard engines or sail drives, allowing one integrated system to address the vessel’s primary underwater components.
The BPS-PRO 8/24V uses a multi-frequency ultrasonic sweep algorithm operating from 20 kHz to 42 kHz. Its eight submersible transducers deliver up to 120 watts of transducer output and connect to the control module using supplied marine-rated cables. The 24V DC system has an average power draw of 1.5 Ah, making it suitable for compatible marine electrical systems. Professional installation should follow the included printed installation and operation manual, including proper transducer placement and surface preparation.
