The Brainboxes SW-135 is a compact, industrial-grade Ethernet switch designed for reliable power and data transmission in challenging environments. With five ports, including four PoE+ capable ports compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, it enables seamless connection of CCTV cameras, PoE telephones, Wi-Fi access points, NVRs, and other network devices. Its embedded industrial design ensures operation across a wide temperature range from -40°F to +158°F (-40°C to +70°C), making it suitable for factory floors and outdoor installations. The switch features galvanically isolated Ethernet ports capable of 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds, providing high-speed data transfer with enhanced protection against electrical disturbances. Dual redundant power inputs ranging from 44V to 57V DC, combined with a removable power terminal with numbered pins, facilitate easy wiring and increased system reliability. Power consumption is optimized based on device link status, ensuring efficient energy use without the need for additional software setup. The switch's high PoE power budget of 90W at 70°C allows it to deliver ample power to all connected devices simultaneously, simplifying installation by combining power and data over a single cable.
