CyberData 011511 VoIP SIP/Multicast In-Ceiling Speaker with PoE

The CyberData 011511 VoIP SIP/Multicast Ceiling Mount Speaker is an indoor public address solution designed for reliable voice communication over an existing Ethernet network. Power over Ethernet support using the IEEE 802.3af standard allows the speaker to receive power and network connectivity through a single cable, simplifying installation and reducing infrastructure requirements. Its compact in-ceiling design and included mounting hardware support discreet installation in offices, schools, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and other indoor environments.

The speaker can receive SIP calls and multicast pages simultaneously, allowing it to operate with a wide range of VoIP phone systems, gateways, session border controllers, and cloud-based communication platforms. It supports multicast messages independently of the SIP environment and can receive pages directly from Poly phones and other compatible devices that transmit standard multicast audio. Paging prioritization, a second SIP extension for loud or night ringing, and support for up to 10 multicast paging groups provide flexible notification management for different areas and use cases.

Network administrators can adjust the speaker volume remotely and manage configuration through an HTTP or HTTPS web interface, with HTTPS enabled by default. The CyberData 011511 also supports autoprovisioning through HTTP, HTTPS, or TFTP, 802.1Q VLAN tagging, multiple SIP servers for redundancy, web-based firmware upgrades, and configurable event generation for device health and status monitoring. TLS 1.2 with mutual authentication and SRTP provide enhanced security for local or cloud-based IP endpoint deployments. This environmentally friendly, TAA-compliant speaker includes RoHS compliance and a limited two-year warranty.
