The Digi Connect IT 4 Global Remote Console Access Server, part number 5402-RMG4-GLB, provides secure remote access and management for serial and network-connected equipment. Designed for enterprise, industrial, and infrastructure applications, this Digi device server combines cellular connectivity with flexible wired interfaces to help administrators monitor, configure, and troubleshoot equipment from virtually anywhere.
Featuring a global Cat 4 LTE modem, the Connect IT 4 supports dependable cellular remote access while providing two RJ-45 network ports and four serial ports for connecting compatible devices. Its compact design is well suited for remote sites, equipment rooms, kiosks, branch locations, and other deployments where local access may be limited. RoHS compliance supports use in environments with applicable hazardous-substance restrictions.
The Digi Connect IT 4 package includes the remote console access server, a Digi CORE plug-in LTE modem, an 18-volt power supply with barrel jack connector, and a temporary 9-volt battery pack with power lead. Cellular antennas support 5G/LTE frequency coverage from 600 MHz to 6 GHz and feature a swivel design for installation flexibility. A 2-meter Ethernet cable and drywall screws are also included to simplify setup.
