The Eaton DIN850AC 850VA DIN Rail UPS provides dependable standby power protection for computing, networking, control, storage and automation equipment in factories, warehouses, edge computing locations and other non-traditional IT environments. Its compact, rugged housing is designed for secure installation inside industrial electrical enclosures, while the hardwire AC input and output support integrated panel applications.

Reliable Backup for Demanding Environments

Recommended for industrial locations operating from 32°F to 122°F, the DIN850AC delivers its rated power capacity without temperature-based derating within that range. Its fanless design helps reduce operating noise and supports long-term reliability. The pre-installed mounting clamp enables quick installation on a standard 35 mm top-hat DIN rail without additional mounting screws or brackets. As a UL 508 recognized component, it is suitable for use in industrial control panels.

Protection Against Power Problems

The DIN850AC helps maintain operation during brief outages and provides time for controlled shutdown during extended interruptions. It also helps protect connected equipment from blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, surges and line noise that can damage hardware, corrupt data or contribute to costly downtime. Automatic restart restores operation when utility power returns, helping reduce the need for on-site service visits.

Monitoring and Service Features

Front-panel LEDs provide clear status information for normal operation, alarms and faults. Remote on/off control and battery indicator functionality help simplify maintenance planning. USB connectivity supports monitoring and control through PowerAlert Office software. A self-test function, user-replaceable internal battery and resettable circuit breaker support preventative maintenance and initial troubleshooting. The package includes the Eaton DIN850AC UPS, USB communication cable, safety card and owner's manual. The unit is RoHS compliant and includes a two-year limited warranty.
