Featuring a translucent case with an integrated LED, this probe allows technicians to quickly assess sensor status at a glance while walking through data center aisles. It supports real-time data collection and alerts via SNMP, web browser, or email, enabling proactive management of environmental conditions that are critical for equipment reliability and uptime. The device’s compatibility with select Eaton UPS systems and PDUs makes integration straightforward and efficient.

This versatile probe can monitor up to six contact sensors, such as smoke detectors, water leak detectors, door contacts, vibration sensors, and other environmental sensors. The probe's ability to daisy-chain up to three units allows for comprehensive environmental coverage across multiple rack zones, offering a flexible solution for large or complex data centers. Customizable shutdown and load-shedding protocols can be implemented in case of extended power failures, aiding in safeguarding sensitive IT equipment. Installation is simplified with multiple mounting options, including nylon fasteners, magnets, cable tie slots, and keyhole mounts, enabling quick setup on or near racks, or on walls.
