The Eaton Tripp Lite B122-000-8K6 HDMI signal booster and extender helps maintain reliable HDMI 2.1 performance over longer cable runs. It supports 8K video at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz when used with compatible HDMI cables, making it suitable for digital signage, classrooms, conference rooms, retail displays, trade show booths, gaming setups and professional presentations. The inline female-to-female design preserves resolution, HDR and surround sound while helping prevent signal loss, dropouts and visible degradation.
Supports HDR, 4:4:4 Color and Advanced HDMI Formats
The B122-000-8K6 supports Ultra HD 8K resolution, 36-bit Deep Color, uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling and HDCP 2.3 for protected content. Compatible audio formats include DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD and 7.1-channel surround sound. Dynamic HDR support includes HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision for enhanced contrast and color reproduction. The booster also supports selected HDMI 2.1 features such as variable refresh rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Quick Frame Transport (QFT). It has been verified with major 8K and 4K displays from Samsung, LG, TCL, Hisense and Sony. Not all HDMI 2.1 features are supported.
Plug-and-Play Power and Portable Design
No software or complicated configuration is required. Connect compatible HDMI 2.1 cables to the booster and power it through the included USB-A to USB-C cable from a 5V USB source, such as a computer port or USB power adapter. For optimal 8K performance, each HDMI cable connected to the booster should be no longer than 16.4 feet. The compact black enclosure fits easily in a laptop bag or briefcase, while RoHS compliance and a three-year limited warranty support dependable use in business, education and entertainment environments.
