Flexible 5G Connectivity for Vehicles and IoT

Deploy the Ericsson Cradlepoint R2105-5GB as a self-contained 5G router or use it as a high-performance 5G adapter for a supported Cradlepoint controlling router. In captive modem mode, the R2100 can be managed through Ericsson NetCloud Manager as an internal modem, helping simplify administration and avoid the need for a separate license. Select controlling routers can also use the unit as an additional Wi-Fi source for applications such as video offload. Power may be supplied through a power cable or Power over Ethernet (PoE), eliminating the need for coaxial cables.

Centralized Management and Security

Ericsson NetCloud service plans provide cloud-based management, software and firmware updates, online training, and support for connected edge deployments. Administrators can define policies, track software versions, and manage endpoints at scale. Advanced capabilities include application-aware zone-based firewall protection, CP Secure Threat Management with IPS/IDS, CP Secure Web Filter, and support for NetCloud Exchange zero-trust networking.
