Gefen EXT-UHD600-1SC is a compact video extender transmitter and receiver system designed to carry uncompressed, full-bandwidth HDMI 2.0 audio and video with HDR over one SC-terminated 50/125 µm OM3 or better multimode fiber-optic cable. It supports extension distances up to 660 feet while maintaining up to 18.2 Gbps bandwidth and a 600 MHz TMDS clock frequency.

The extender supports resolutions up to 4K Cinema-DCI at 4096 x 2160 up to 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma and 4K Ultra HD at 3860 x 2160 up to 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma and HDR. It also supports 1080p Full HD, WUXGA, 3DTV pass-through, HDCP 2.2 and 1.4, plus Deep Color up to 12-bit at 1080p. HDR support includes 10-bit Deep Color at 4K 60 Hz 4:2:0 and 4K 24 Hz 4:4:4.

Audio pass-through includes uncompressed LPCM up to 7.1 channels and up to 7.1 channels of high bit rate digital audio, including Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X and DTS-HD Master Audio. Lip Sync pass-through helps preserve audio and video timing. Full electrical isolation between the Sender and Receiver supports applications where electrical separation is essential, while sturdy metal enclosures help provide immunity against electromagnetic interference and radiated noise.

The Sender and Receiver are plug-and-play and require no setup. The system can be powered from source and display devices with powered USB ports or with external power supplies. The package includes the Sender Unit, Receiver Unit, two HDMI-to-HDMI cables, two USB Type-A-to-DC cables, two 5V DC power supplies with regional AC plugs, and a Quick Start Guide. The Gefen EXT-UHD600-1SC includes a two-year limited warranty.
