The Gefen GF-EXT-UCK-HBT3 USB-C KVM HDBaseT 3.0 Extender delivers uncompressed 4K video, USB 2.0 data, analog audio, and RS-232 control over a single CAT6A cable. It supports 4K at 60Hz with 4:4:4 8-bit color over distances up to 131 feet, while 4K at 30Hz can reach up to 230 feet. The extender is designed for professional AV environments, including conference rooms, educational facilities, and hybrid collaboration spaces.

Its full-function USB-C input carries 4K DisplayPort Alt Mode video, USB 2.0 data, and up to 60 watts of laptop charging power when used with an external power supply. The built-in KVM functionality provides USB Type-A and USB Type-C device connectivity on both the sender and receiver, supporting peripheral integration for shared workspaces and presentation systems.

Audio support includes PCM 2.0, 5.1, and 7.1, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio, and DTS:X. Analog line-in pass-through and independent audio de-embedding are available on both units. Bi-directional PoH+ enables the included 20V/6A power adapter to power both sender and receiver from either end, helping simplify installation. Additional features include EDID management, field-upgradeable firmware, and surface-mountable construction.
