The Gefen GTB-UHD-HBTL is a high-performance 4K Ultra HD HDBaseT extender designed for professional AV installations requiring reliable long-distance HDMI transmission. Utilizing Gefen's implementation of HDBaseT™ technology, this extender can transmit 4K video at 60Hz with 4:2:0 chroma subsampling up to 130 feet using a single Category 5e or higher cable. It supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 pixels at 24 or 30 Hz in 4:4:4 chroma, as well as 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz in 4:2:0, providing flexibility for various high-definition applications. The device features pass-through for 3DTV and CEC commands, enabling seamless integration with modern home theater systems and automation setups. Additionally, it supports 12-bit Deep Color and a broad range of high-bandwidth digital audio formats including LPCM 7.1, Dolby Atmos®, Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X™, and DTS-HD Master Audio, ensuring immersive sound experiences. The GTB-UHD-HBTL also incorporates HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2/1.4 compliance, safeguarding content protection and compatibility with the latest content sources.
