Overview | Flexible collaboration for every meeting

The HP Poly Trio C60 IP Conference Station brings people together with clear, reliable audio and intuitive controls. Designed for tabletop use, this black conference phone supports native experiences across leading collaboration platforms and is certified for Microsoft Teams. Its flexible connectivity helps organizations maximize existing investments by connecting with multiple SIP and UC cloud services simultaneously.

Poly signature audio | Hear every voice clearly

Poly signature audio technology reduces distracting background noise so conversations remain easy to follow. Full-duplex audio supports natural, simultaneous conversations, while echo and reverberation cancellation help maintain clarity in meeting spaces of various sizes. The system delivers rich sound up to 22 kHz, allowing participants to hear voices, reactions, and important details with greater definition. Efficient VoIP technology enables clear voice calls over the internet.

Simple joining and flexible deployment

One-touch join makes it easy to start meetings with a single button press, minimizing delays for participants. Wi-Fi audio calling supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, helping simplify installation without requiring additional cabling. The integrated Power over Ethernet port can transmit data and power through one network cable, supporting cleaner deployments in locations where a nearby power outlet is not available.

Scalable Poly collaboration solution

The Trio C60 works with Poly Studio X50, Poly Studio X30, and G7500 video solutions, providing convenient control for larger room systems. Optional expansion microphones and the ability to daisy-chain multiple systems allow the setup to grow with changing meeting requirements. The HP Poly Voice Trio C60, part number 849B1AA#ABA, includes the conference station, setup sheet, CAT-5e LAN cable, USB Type-A cable, cable wrap, and tactile overlay for improved accessibility.
