Part of the Juniper EX2300-C series, the EX2300-C-12P provides 12 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet ports and supports Power over Ethernet Plus for compatible attached devices. PoE+ simplifies installation by delivering network connectivity and power over twisted-pair cabling, making the switch suitable for access points, IP phones, security cameras, and other network endpoints. Optional 10GbE uplink connectivity supports high-speed connections to aggregation or higher-layer devices.

The Juniper EX2300-C-12P supports Layer 3 routing and managed configuration capabilities for structured traffic handling, network segmentation, and scalable infrastructure design. Juniper Virtual Chassis technology allows multiple compatible switches to be interconnected and managed as a single logical device, helping simplify administration as the network expands. The switch can also operate as a satellite device in a Juniper Junos Fusion Enterprise deployment.
