The KoamTac KDC280C-BLE is a handheld 2D imager barcode scanner and data collector designed for efficient barcode capture with Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity. Its wireless connection supports data transmission to smart devices, including smartwatches, smartglasses, and other wearable smart devices.

A built-in display and keypad provide interactive control during data collection, helping reduce errors associated with blind scanning. The imager reads 1D and 2D barcodes regardless of angle orientation, supporting a range of barcode scanning tasks.

The rechargeable battery can be replaced easily and charged from any USB port. It supports more than 17,000 barcode scans at a 1-second interval. The scanner also includes 8MB of onboard memory, which stores over 400,000 UPC product barcodes or 60,000 product database records.

The KDC280C-BLE includes free KTSync keyboard wedging software and a free software development kit for Android, iOS, Tizen, and Windows. Technical support is provided by KoamTac engineers and development staff.
