OHO Shovelhead short block is for use with Shovelhead top ends 42-0622 tin type primary and 1965-1969 type transmission.
The Motorshop 10-1753 Flatside Shovelhead Short Block is assembled with 1965–1969 sprocket shaft flywheels and designed for use with mid-length 1965 transmission main shafts. The engine case is drilled for an OHO cover head oiler to accept a Shovelhead top end.
This kit features solid lifters, a splined sprocket shaft, an alloy oil pump, and a natural cam cover. The case accepts tin inner and outer primary components, providing configuration flexibility for applicable builds.
The short block fits 1955–1964 Harley-Davidson FL models. It is supplied as a kit. A motor stand is not included.
