The Newmar BB-2 Copper Bus Bar Assembly is designed for high-current electrical applications, offering reliable connection and distribution capabilities. Crafted from nickel-plated copper, this bus bar features a 1/4-inch thick strip with 5/16-inch studs spaced 1 inch apart, making it ideal as a DC ground tie point or positive bus. It supports large wire gauges and accommodates 5/16-inch ring terminals for secure connections. Its robust construction ensures durability and stability in demanding electrical environments. The assembly includes a clear insulating cover that prevents short circuits while allowing visibility of the lugs for easy inspection. The mounting bases are interlocking and can be seamlessly mated with compatible terminal strips, with conductive parts recessed to prevent accidental contact and mounted using #8 or #10 screws. This model is available with two 5/16-inch studs, or a combination version with two studs plus eight #8 screws, providing flexibility for multiple wiring configurations.
