PT-24-60W Battery Charger

Smart marine battery charging technology for 24V systems aboard workboats, military vessels, commercial vessels, and recreational craft. This charger interacts with batteries, providing the optimum three-stage charge process for fast recovery and conditioning, maximizing performance, and extending battery life.

A selector switch adjusts output voltage to adapt to gel-cell, flooded lead-acid, or AGM battery types. An optional temperature compensation sensor also adjusts output for ideal voltage based on changes in the batteries ambient temperature. All models are housed in a rugged stainless steel case with a durable white powder coat finish, and the internal circuitry is polyurethane coated for maximum corrosion resistance.

Its three-stage charging process—bulk, absorption, and float—supports fast battery recovery, proper conditioning, reliable system performance, and extended battery service life. The charger delivers up to 60 amps through three isolated output banks and includes an ammeter for monitoring total output current.

A selectable battery-type switch provides optimized charge and float voltages for gel-cell, flooded lead-acid, and AGM batteries. An optional TP temperature sensor automatically adjusts charging voltage according to battery temperature for improved charging accuracy. The PT-24-60W can also function as a standalone power supply, allowing it to power connected loads without a battery in the circuit. Current limiting, thermal protection, and forced-air cooling help protect the charger during demanding operation.
