12/2 AWG Duplex Cable - Flat Cable - Red/Black - 250

Duplex Boat Cable is used in low voltage AC applications as well as DC circuits. Pacer manufactures 12 AWG Duplex boat cable in house in the USA for the best quality. First, the cable is built from finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors. These conductors allow for flexibility and help to prevent corrosion.

The PVC jacket helps 12 AWG Duplex Boat Cable to be flexible while preventing moisture from accumulating. How does it do that During the extrusion process, the spaces between wires are filled. This leaves no space for moisture or air to accumulate. After that, a talcum powder coating is given to the interior wires. This coating is used to allow the outer jacket to be easily removed. Just another reason 12 AWG Duplex boat cable is perfect for marine use.

Pacers marine wire exceeds the requirements and standards of UL, ABYC, and NMMA.

The Pacer 12/2 AWG Duplex Marine Cable is designed for reliable low voltage AC and DC applications on boats and marine environments. Constructed in the USA with high-quality materials, this cable features finely stranded, tinned copper conductors that provide excellent flexibility and resistance to corrosion. The durable PVC jacket ensures the cable remains flexible while effectively preventing moisture accumulation, making it ideal for demanding marine conditions. During manufacturing, the extrusion process fills the spaces between wires, eliminating gaps where moisture or air could otherwise collect. A talcum powder coating on the interior wires allows for easy jacket removal, facilitating maintenance and installation. Pacer's marine wire exceeds UL, ABYC, and NMMA standards, ensuring safety and performance in marine environments.

This duplex cable is built with extruded exterior insulation that prevents gaps and maintains integrity under tough conditions. The highly flexible, color-coded insulation makes identification straightforward in complex wiring setups. The stranded, tinned copper conductors meet ASTM B172 Class K specifications and are annealed for added durability. The cable is resistant to acid, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil, and moisture, providing long-lasting performance even in harsh conditions. Suitable for use at voltages up to 600 volts, this 2-conductor cable is perfect for marine electrical systems requiring reliable power transmission. Sold as an individual, the cable offers an easy solution for boat wiring projects, with the flexibility and durability necessary for marine environments.
