Built from cold-rolled steel with a durable black powder-coat finish and galvanized components, the Dell Pro Max Micro HyperShelf provides a sturdy platform for demanding workstation clusters. Its airflow design separates intake and exhaust paths to help limit hot-air recirculation and support consistent operating temperatures. The front airflow management panel includes provisions for optional fans, while the removable side panel improves cable access and supports exhaust containment. This configuration is well suited for financial services, engineering and aerospace workloads, media rendering, VFX production, remote offices, and other high-density computing environments.
Serviceability is enhanced by high-quality ball-bearing slide rails and a fully articulated cable management arm that extends from the rack for easier in-rack access. Integrated cable pathways and tie points help organize connections within confined rack space, reduce maintenance time, and improve safety. The included rail assembly, cable management components, hardware, cable ties, Velcro wraps, and fan power cord support installation and ongoing management.
