The Raymarine CAM400 is a compact marine IP camera designed to work with Raymarine Axiom chartplotters, providing wide-angle, high-definition video for navigation, docking, safety, and onboard monitoring. Its true day/night operation automatically switches between color imaging and infrared-assisted viewing, helping maintain visibility in bright sunlight, dusk, low light, and nighttime conditions. Integrated 850 nm infrared illumination supports visibility up to 33 feet in darkness.

When paired with an Axiom 2 chartplotter running LightHouse 5, the CAM400 can display configurable on-screen distance guide lines to assist with backing into slips, approaching docks, and maneuvering in tight quarters. Combine the camera with a Raymarine AR200 sensor and compatible Axiom system to enable ClearCruise® Augmented Reality, overlaying AIS targets, waypoints, navigation aids, and chart objects on the live video image.

Built for demanding marine environments, the CAM400 features a rugged IPX7-rated housing, gloss marine white finish, and flexible ball-up or ball-down mounting. The camera supports Power over Ethernet through an IEEE 802.3af Class 2 connection or direct 12 V DC power, making it suitable for new installations and refits above or below deck.
