RUPES MICROFINISH Adhesive Denibbing Discs, 1.25 in, P3000 Grit, Part 9.45DF3000, Box of 100

MICROFINISH Adhesive Denibbing Discs 35mm (1.25) - P3000 Grit *Box of 100

The MICROFINISH Adhesive Denibbing Discs by RUPES are a cutting-edge abrasive solution designed specifically for precision denibbing and ultra-fine surface refinement on painted finishes. At the heart of this innovation is a unique pyramid-shaped grain structure, engineered to deliver consistent cutting performance, excellent durability, and superior surface results with minimal heat build-up or clogging.

Thanks to the advanced technology of the micro-abrasive film backing and the distinctive daisy-shaped pattern, this disc is perfect for removing minor paint defects, visibly reducing localized haze spots (coin effect) and ensuring smooth and controlled sanding.

Perfect for wet use, the MICROFINISH Adhesive Denibbing Disc is your go-to tool for efficient, repeatable denibbing with a flawless finish.

Features:

• RUPES MICROFINISH adhesive discs are specifically designed for the removal of paint defects such as dust nibs and paint runs.
• The special pyramid-shaped grain structure and micro-abrasive film ensure consistent performance, minimal clogging, and excellent surface results.
• The daisy-shaped profile helps reduce localized haze spots (coin effect), while enhancing flexibility and control. Ideal for localized touch-ups and detailed corrections in wet applications.
• Applications: Painted surfaces. Paint defect removal such as dust nibs and paint runs.

Abrasive Grain Pattern:

• Microabrasive pyramidal grain structure, engineered for consistent cutting performance and high-quality finishing with minimal heat buildup.
• Grains arranged in a controlled configuration to reduce clogging when correcting paint defects.
• Abrasive technology ideal for paint defect correction, thanks to the progressive exposure of micro-grains that ensures optimal performance even in precision work.

RUPES MICROFINISH Adhesive Denibbing Discs provide precise, controlled correction for dust nibs, paint runs, and other minor defects on painted surfaces. Part number 9.45DF3000 features a fine P3000 grit and an adhesive-backed design for localized denibbing, touch-ups, and ultra-fine surface refinement. Supplied in a box of 100 discs, this abrasive solution supports consistent, repeatable results in professional refinishing applications.

The advanced micro-abrasive film backing uses a pyramid-shaped grain structure to deliver uniform cutting performance while minimizing heat buildup and clogging. The controlled arrangement of abrasive grains progressively exposes fresh cutting surfaces, helping maintain performance during precision work. This design is well suited for refining painted finishes before polishing and for correcting small imperfections without excessive material removal.

A distinctive daisy-shaped profile improves flexibility and control while helping reduce localized haze spots, commonly referred to as the coin effect. The adhesive backing allows the disc to stay positioned during use, supporting accurate correction in confined areas. RUPES MICROFINISH discs are designed for wet applications, making them an effective choice for smooth, controlled sanding and high-quality finishing on painted surfaces.
