RUPES WETFINISH 3-Inch P3000 Foam Abrasive Discs, Grey, Box of 20

WETFINISH Foam Abrasive Discs 75mm (3) - P3000 Grit - Grey *Box of 20pcs

WETFINISH Foam Abrasive Discs are engineered for ultra-fine finishing applications, particularly on automotive paint surfaces. Featuring a microstructured abrasive surface built with a 3D pyramid design, these discs maintain consistent cutting performance throughout their life. As the top layer wears down, new sharp abrasives are exposed, ensuring a uniform finish from start to finish.

Mounted on a soft foam interface, the discs offer excellent adaptability to surface contours and are optimized for wet use. Their unique structure minimizes heat buildup and clogging, making them ideal for refining clear coats, removing minor defects, or preparing surfaces for final polishing.

Features:

• The 3D pyramid-shaped grain design allows for self-renewing abrasiveness, delivering long-lasting cutting performance and consistent results.
• Gaps between the abrasive structures improve residue clearance and heat dissipation, reducing clogging and extending usable life.
• A soft foam backing offers flexibility and control, making these discs ideal for delicate, curved, or contoured surfaces.
• Applications: Painted surfaces and gelcoat. Ideal for wet sanding after paint defect correction, it prepares the surface for polishing

  while reducing processing time.

Abrasive Grain Pattern:

• Pyramidal microstructured abrasive surface, designed to continuously expose sharp new grains for consistent and controlled cutting action.
• Three-dimensional abrasive layout, ensuring steady performance throughout the entire lifespan of the disc.
• Wet-use optimized composition, engineered to minimize clogging, ideal for ultra-fine finishing on clear coats.

RUPES WETFINISH Foam Abrasive Discs are designed for ultra-fine finishing on automotive paint, clear coats, and gelcoat surfaces. With a P3000 grit and a fine microstructured abrasive surface, these 3-inch discs provide controlled cutting action for refining paint defects, smoothing clear coats, and preparing surfaces for final polishing. The 20-disc box supports consistent results across multiple finishing projects.

Each disc features RUPES’ three-dimensional pyramidal abrasive pattern, which continuously exposes fresh cutting edges as the surface wears. This self-renewing design helps maintain uniform performance throughout the disc’s working life while reducing the risk of uneven finishing. Open spaces between the abrasive structures improve residue removal and heat dissipation, helping minimize clogging during use.

The soft foam backing conforms to curved and contoured surfaces, offering improved flexibility, control, and contact during wet sanding. Optimized for wet use, the RUPES WETFINISH discs are well suited for delicate automotive refinishing applications where a smooth, consistent surface is essential. Part number 9.45TE3000 identifies this P3000-grit grey foam abrasive disc configuration.
