Samlex America EVO-30AB Solar Charge Controller provides reliable 30-amp PWM charging for 12V or 24V battery systems. When connected to a Samlex EVO inverter/charger, the EVO-30AB follows the programming configured in the inverter/charger for coordinated system operation. Pairing the controller with the optional EVO-RC-PLUS remote display provides centralized monitoring of both the EVO inverter/charger and solar system from one convenient interface. The controller is compatible with multiple battery chemistries, including lead-acid and lithium-ion LiFePO4 batteries.

The EVO-30AB supports solar arrays up to 600 watts in a 12V system or up to 1,000 watts in a 24V system under specified operating conditions. Eight selectable charging profiles help accommodate different battery types, while the selectable battery equalization function supports appropriate maintenance for compatible lead-acid batteries. An optional 30AB-TS battery temperature sensor is available to enhance charging control based on battery temperature.
