This Berth Light is constructed of machined and stamped brass and a lacquer coating to prevent tarnish with solid brass knurled adjusting knobs. The interior surface of the lamp shade is white enamel to reflect more light. Prewired with integral on/off switch. Includes a 15-watt DC double contact bayonet style bulb. Can be converted to LED with bayonet bulb socket adapter (442042-1) BA150 style base and G4 bulb (sold separately). Designed for bulkhead or wall mounting. Installs with three #6 RH fasteners (not included). 12VDC.

Sea-Dog 400410-1 Large Brass Berth Light provides dependable, focused illumination for cabins, berths, passageways, and other interior areas on boats and marine vessels. Designed for bulkhead or wall mounting, this berth light combines a traditional brass finish with practical lighting control and durable construction for use in demanding marine environments.

Construction: Machined and stamped brass housing is protected by a lacquer coating to help resist tarnishing and maintain its appearance. Solid brass knurled adjusting knobs provide a secure grip for positioning the light where illumination is needed. The shade interior features a white enamel finish that helps reflect light outward for effective berth and cabin lighting. The fixture is prewired with an integral on/off switch for convenient operation without requiring a separate wall control.

This 12-volt DC light includes a 15-watt double-contact bayonet-style bulb and is ready for installation with three #6 round-head fasteners, which are not included. For an LED upgrade, the included bayonet bulb socket can be converted with the Sea-Dog 442042-1 bayonet bulb socket adapter and a compatible G4 bulb, sold separately. Its compact marine design makes it suitable for replacement installations, cabin lighting projects, and new boat outfitting applications.
