The flag is attached to the flagpole using nylon adjustable flagpole clips in conjunction with stainless steel, spring wire, quick release clips which allows mounting flexibility for a variety of flag or pennant sizes. For use on either 7/8" or 1" tubing. Maximum speed 10 MPH.
