SierraMarine 1879781 Marine Fuel Filter

OE Replacement; In-Line; Gasoline; 75 Micron Element; Clear; Fits Johnson/ Evinrude Outboard Engines

The SierraMarine 1879781 Fuel Filter is a replacement filtration component designed for marine fuel systems. It helps support clean fuel delivery by capturing contaminants that can affect fuel flow, engine performance, and the operation of sensitive fuel-system components. Regularly replacing the fuel filter is an important part of routine marine engine maintenance, particularly when operating in environments where fuel quality, moisture, or storage conditions may vary.
Use the SierraMarine 1879781 as a service replacement when the existing fuel filter is due for maintenance or when fuel-system inspection indicates contamination or restricted flow. A properly maintained filter can help promote consistent fuel supply and reduce the risk of debris reaching downstream components. Always compare the part number and application requirements with the engine or vessel manufacturer’s specifications before installation.
This SierraMarine fuel filter is intended for practical marine service and maintenance applications. Installation should be performed with the fuel system secured and according to the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. After installation, inspect all connections for proper fit and possible leaks before returning the vessel to operation. For best results, replace related sealing components when required and follow the recommended service interval for the specific engine and fuel system.
The SierraMarine 1879781 combines dependable replacement functionality with a straightforward service design. Keep the part number available when ordering or maintaining service records to help ensure the correct replacement is selected for future maintenance. Because fuel-system configurations can differ between engines and vessels, verify compatibility using the application guide, existing filter information, or the original equipment manufacturer’s service documentation.
