The zinc-plated, machined distributor top features a counter-sunk hole for precise fitment and mounts the condenser underneath on the existing mount stud for a streamlined ignition layout. The kit is designed for late 1970-1978 one-piece type point sets with insulator posts pre-installed. The jumper wire connects the one-piece point set to the condenser post on the underside, mounted with a single threaded screw, while the lead wire from the ignition coil connects to the insulated stud on the underside of the base. Three OEM #2626 round head screws (8-32 x 1/4 inch long) are required for installation and are not included.
Compatibility includes Bendix-Keihin and Linkert carbureted engines. For best results, use with Blue Streak Ignition Point Set (Part #32-0156) and the Sifton Distributor Top Kit (Part #32-1636).
