The Thermaltake AX500 Full Tower Chassis is a black SPCC gaming computer case designed for expansive hardware configurations and flexible cooling. It supports Mini ITX, Micro ATX, ATX, E-ATX, SSI-CEB, and SSI-EEB motherboards, with tray cutouts for compatible hidden-connector designs including ASUS BTF, MSI PROJECT ZERO, and GIGABYTE PROJECT STEALTH series motherboards.

Four 140mm CT140 fans are pre-installed to provide cooling support, while the chassis accommodates up to fourteen 120mm fans or nine 140mm fans. The top and front support dual 420mm or 360mm radiators, with an 82mm maximum combined top fan and radiator thickness. Fan and liquid-cooling configurations are supported for a range of performance-focused builds.

The AX500 includes a built-in graphics card holder to help support multiple GPUs and reduce sagging. It supports a CPU cooler up to 7.28 inches tall, a graphics card up to 18.11 inches long, and a power supply up to 7.87 inches long. Storage options include two drive cages under the power supply cover for up to four hard drives, plus a drive plate behind the motherboard that supports one 3.5-inch drive or two 2.5-inch SSDs.

Multiple cable-management anchor points, Velcro straps, and cable ties help organize internal wiring. Dust filters are positioned on the front, top, bottom, and motherboard sides to help protect components. The full-tower structure provides space for hardware expansion, including up to 11 drive bays, and is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.
