The Tripp Lite by Eaton NPOE-30W-1G Gigabit PoE+ injector adds power and network connectivity to a surveillance camera, wireless access point, VoIP phone, or other compatible PoE device through an existing non-PoE network switch. This single-port midspan injector supplies up to 30 watts of power and Gigabit Ethernet data over standard Cat5e, Cat6, or Cat6a cabling, helping simplify network expansion without the expense of upgrading to a PoE switch.

Reliable Power and Gigabit Data Transmission

Supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps data transfer and IEEE 802.3af PoE and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ devices, the NPOE-30W-1G delivers power and data up to 328 feet away. Its full-duplex 2 Gbps communication capability supports simultaneous data transmission and reception, while built-in protection helps guard connected equipment against short circuits, overloads, and power surges. Use it to place network devices in locations where an AC outlet is not readily available.

Plug-and-Play Installation for Flexible Deployment

No software or configuration is required. Connect the network switch or wall jack to the shielded RJ45 Data port, connect the PoE device to the shielded RJ45 Power + Data port, and connect the C14 power inlet to a standard NEMA 5-15R outlet with the included power cord. Status LEDs indicate power and data activity. The compact black housing includes mounting holes for installation on a desktop, shelf, wall, or other smooth surface using user-supplied hardware. Its fanless design provides quiet operation, and the unit is backed by a 3-year limited warranty with RoHS and WEEE-conscious design considerations.
