The Tripp Lite U521-1P0M-WH USB4 cable connects two USB-C devices for high-performance data transfer, video output and power delivery. Supporting USB4 speeds up to 40 Gbps, it transfers large video, RAW image and CAD files up to eight times faster than USB 3.0. Its intelligent resource allocation helps provide the bandwidth needed for display output while preserving available capacity for fast data transfers. The cable features a durable white thermoplastic elastomer jacket designed for dependable use in professional, home office and entertainment setups.

Advanced DisplayPort Alt Mode Video Support

When connected to compatible USB-C devices with DisplayPort Alternate Mode, the U521-1P0M-WH supports high-resolution video applications, including a single 8K display or dual 4K displays at up to 60 Hz, depending on the capabilities of the connected host and display. With DisplayPort Alt Mode 2.1, it can use both high-speed lanes for unidirectional video connections up to 80 Gbps, with support for 30-bit Deep Color, HDR and 4:4:4 chroma subsampling. DisplayPort Alt Mode 1.4 systems support 8K video at up to 30 Hz.

240W Power Delivery and Broad Compatibility

USB Power Delivery 3.1 support enables power output up to 48 volts at 5 amps, or 240 watts, for charging compatible laptops, notebooks, smartphones and other USB-C devices. The cable is backward compatible with USB 3.x, USB 2.0 and Thunderbolt 3 devices, making it suitable for existing installations and future upgrades. It can connect devices such as MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows laptops, game consoles, smartphones, external drives, docking stations and USB-C wall chargers. USB4 performance requires compatible USB4-enabled devices.
